Shipment lost in YYC4
After submitting documents for investigation, Amazon doesn't process them and simply closes these cases... What an irresponsible way to handle it!
All goods in the shipment has been lost, 0 unit received.
How can I get Amazon to deal with my lost shipment issue and give a reasonable response ?

Hello @Seller_RXkOYYwW7rVKa
Thanks for reaching out in forums, this is Lucre, I'll be glad to help you.
When reviewing your account, I wasn't able to find any case related to lost shipments at YYC4. Could you please share any case ID you have opened with Seller Support, so I can look into it?
Once you share the case ID, I'll indicate the next steps here on this thread.
Thanks!

Sorry for you.
this is my case
I created an order on July 19th and it reached the YYZ4 warehouse on July 24th and was delivered. Since this parcel was not checked in, I opened a case many times. First, they told me that I had to wait until August 1st and the parcel was received. When I arrived on August 1st, they told me that I had to wait until August 14th and then it would be received. When I arrived on August 14th, they opened an investigation. I shared all my invoices and official Fedex documents and the result was: "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed." They lost one of my entire parcels and closed the issue. I am still opening a case. I am still writing and no one is consciously responding anymore. This literally means "if it suits you, this is it" and if it doesn't, go. How is this not investigated despite me sharing the Fedex documents and invoices. The parcel was either stolen or lost. What could the missing parcel be considered and the investigation completed? They say we don't have such a record. Of course not because the parcel is missing. If you count something that doesn't exist, of course the result will be zero. If Amazon were respectful to its sellers, it would find out who lost the package in the warehouse, punish them and refund you immediately. There is incredible irresponsibility and no one does their part.
