On-time delivery

My late delivery rate is 0, but my on time delivery rate is only 80. This just doesnt make sense to me at all and I was hoping someone could give me some insight. I buy all labels through amazon and I am an FBM seller, my handling time is set to 2 days. What can I do to fix this?
