Produits envoyé mais ne sont pas disponible pour la vente

Bonjour, quelqu'un peut m'aider?

J'ai envoyé des produits pour la mise en vente sur AMAZON, Mais ils les ont supprimés. Maintenant j'aimerais remettre les produits en vente puisque ils sont deja dans les depots AMAZOON, mais j'ai pas l'option. Quand j'essaye de remettre les produits, ils me demandent d'envoyer des nouveaux Stock. Alors, Aidez-moi a restaurer mes anciens produits, merci

I understand you would like to reinstate products you sent to Amazon, but you were advised to send more products from ASIN B0CVVKWVM2 as those are out of stock.

I checked your profile and reviewed your case ending in 2651 where Seller Support mentioned that you should send stock to the fulfillment center. I also checked the recent shipments to Amazon, and I wasn't able to find any shipment containing the ASIN B0CVVKWVM2, which is the reason why there's no available stock for this specific ASIN.

My advice is that you review the content of recent shipments by going into Seller Central Menu < Shipments < Manage Shipments < Click on each shipment ID < Review "Contents" to check ASINs and corresponding units.

Once you confirm that the ASIN in question wasn't shipped to Amazon, you can go ahead and create a new shipment to send stock to our fulfillment centers.
