China and Korea Trademark
I am located in Canada, but for professional reasons I have a registered trademark in Korea and In China, however I cannot choose these countries while registering my brand.
Is there a way I can choose them?

You'd only be able to register those trademarks on the respective marketplaces, such as Amazon China and Amazon Korea.
