CAN'T VERIFY IDENTITY
I have been selling on Amazon for more than 20 years and now I can't seem to get their system to accept my info for verification I keep getting message that says use verified phone number or enter a new one. For some reason there is aa +1 in front of the area code which moves all the numbers over 1 more space and puts the last digit 1 space away from the previous one. Also when I try to get a PIN number it keeps saying call too early. Plus it won't save any of info and I have to re-enter every time. Can't seem to get the help I need from Amazon.

CR here and wanted to hop in here to see if I may be able to get you some additional information here.
I checked in on your account and appears you still need to follow the prompt to 'reactivate account' which you can find under your 'Account Info' section.
when entering your phone number, enter it as the normal 10 digits you would following the +1 this should give you something like (+1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX).
Have you tried to use the SMS option? You can take a look at the below for things to remember to submit.
