Verification issues
I am having issues with re-verifying my account with no help from support which is a bummer. I have read tons of messages on the forum of people having the same problem. I received a notification that my account had been deactivated due to dormancy and i was requested to complete another verification. When I try to it just takes me to account info and no place to submit documents. I need to verify and submit my documents so that my product will not remain stranded but i cannot do it if there's no place to upload the document. How to i resolve this please
