I understand your concern about the listing limitations and restrictions, I'm sorry you weren't able to get support from the seller support case you opened yesterday.

I reviewed the books you wanted to list, which are: "The films of Randolph Scott" and "West Windsor Nine" which seem to be restricted from anyone to sell and there's not even a path to request approval. This means that the items are just currently restricted to be sold on Amazon.

I don't see this is an issue with your account at all, but it's a restriction to the ASINs directly. Even if you were previously able to list these items, restrictions may change and that's why you're seeing this now.
