Product Authenticity Complaint: Single Issue Provided All Necessary Information, Yet Not Removed

I received a product authenticity complaint on a single item and have provided all the necessary information to resolve it. However, I have now received a message claiming I have not provided enough information.

I submitted the required invoice, which included all relevant information, but was told, "We received your submission but do not have enough information to address the issues with your listings at this time. We cannot accept an order confirmation as an invoice unless it contains an order confirmation number and/or shipment tracking number in addition to purchaser and supplier information."

This is untrue, as I clearly sent an invoice and not an order confirmation. The documents I submitted explicitly states that they are an invoice/receipt and contains all the information they claim is missing along with everything else they state is require.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When you provided your documentation to show proof of authenticity, did you ensure the invoices met our specified requirements on our responsible sourcing help page? Does your invoice itemized the product, and brand so that it can be identified, does the invoice reference both your Information along with your suppliers details?

Do you have a letter of authorization, authorizing you to sell these products and brand? Additionally, what effort have you made to ensure this is an authorized distributor?

They can easily and clearly be traced back to the manufacturer.

These are large orders and do not provide exact details on the shipment in the invoice, but several do specify the method of shipping.
