How do I send a customer one of my brand products for free

A customer returned their product and got a full refund because they said parts were missing. I would like to send them a replacement at no charge. Is that possible?

If it's FBA you neither know the name nor the address of the customer, so: no.

If it's FBM it's technically possible, but it could be considered as unallowed contacting. I wouldn't do it OR ask seller support before doing so.
