Can not get the buy box

I recently stopped getting the buy box even if I have the best price or am running a sale or if I dramatically lower my price. Doesn't matter the price I can not win the buy box. Without the buy box there are no sales. Why would Amazon not allow my account to not get the buy box? Can anyone help me.
