Help With A-Z Order ID 113-5021940-9548258
Hi,
We delivered this order with our company truck as this product has Local shipping template. Its a heavy and expensive item so we made an appointment with customer and delivered the item and took his signature. Customer calls Amazon opens a claim then before they make a decision call Amazon back tells them he received the item, he saw it for a cheaper price and asks for a price adjustment. I am copying here Amazon's agent message. Even though customer calls and told them they have the item, claim is granted and my appeals kept being denied. They are telling me I didnt provide enough proof for delivery. I am just having a hard time to understand this absurdity, its on record that customer said he has the item. How and why you grant his claim? On what ground and policy? If this is a mistake how and why you cannot reverse this?
I want answers from Amazon moderators who reads these threads. I want this agent to be publicly shamed for stealing our hard earned money. I obviously know you would never do that but do you even understand the level of frustration and aggrevation you are causing for no reason.

Hi,
A quick update for the community. Not sure if it was this post but Amazon actually reversed their decision on this A-Z claim and reimbursed us. Its funny that I got happy and feel satisfied for receiving my own money that I deserved. Anyways just wanted share the update. Keep appealing!!!
