As of today, Amazon has delisted our entire inventory of Nike-branded merchandise on the stated ground that we did not supply a Nike-issued Letter of Authorization (“LOA”) permitting resale of those goods. In practice, obtaining an LOA from Nike is virtually impossible. Yet a substantial number of smaller third-party sellers continue to offer Nike products on the platform, suggesting that Amazon’s policy is being applied in a disparate and potentially selective manner.

Odd.
The forum repeatedly has sellers telling us that they were selling Nike and were suspended because they could not provide LoA or real invoices(not receipts).
Nike's actually policy is that they forbid reselling on retail sites like Amazon. It is why it is impossible to get a LoA to sell on Amazon from Nike.
Anyone else selling on your ASIN should have been suspended at the same time as yourself. Unless they have a large sell-through and can take the points hit that a single policy violation can inflict on the account.

I think it is fair to assume that these people do not have a LOA either, so it is only a matter of time before Amazon shuts them down as well.

I have a very small presence on Amazon at all anymore because of this issue and the frustration for years over this.
This is how those sellers get around it. Many of them do have an LOA. They have it for a physical store. Once they have it for their store, they bypass the Nike rule and ALSO sell on Amazon. The "store" may or may not be legitimate, but that is how they get the LOA.
Sad. Because the honest sellers and those doing it the right way get punished. This is why I ditched Amazon. I have a few things for sale, but not much because I just could not handle the way this issue is dealt with.
