I need to contact someone from the seller service

greetings

I have several days trying to communicate with amazon seller technical support but no one answers me by mail, only a machine and by call I get this error:

internal failure

Sorry, we are unable to process your request. Try again.

Please, if someone from seller support reads this message, please call me at [Moderator Edit: removed personal information]  so I can resolve my case with my account since they are not giving me any response by mail

Seller Support will not see your phone number or contact you, they do not read posts on the forum.

This is a public forum so please remove your phone number. It is against the forum guidelines to include any personal data in your post...

...and it also needs to be removed from your otherpost.

Seller support does not have a phone number. You have to create a case under "Help" and explain your problem.

Since your actual problem is the deactivation of your account - how you told in your other threads - copy and paste the message you received from Amazon. Maybe someone here can help you.

In any case I take the liberty, since you are a new seller, to mention: IN NO WAY try to create a new seller account. Nor somebody of your familiy or your friends. This would mean suspension of both accounts.

I apologize that no one has given you the answer that you're looking for regarding contacting someone from seller central. The way to do that is click the "help" link in the top right hand corner of amazon seller central. Once youre in the help section, scroll down to where there are 3 tabs which one will say "Need More Help" and click the "Get Support" link beneath it. Once on the "Get Support" page choose the "Selling on Amazon" tab if youre having a selling issue... Describe your issue in a short sentence (you can finish in detail by phone), then press continue. on the next selection you can either choose from the 3 choices given or you can select "my issue isnt listed". After that, in the next tab, only if you want to speak with someone by phone, select "i dont have an identifier", then on the "Resolve Your Issue" tab be sure to select " phone" instead of "email", then input your phone info and select "call me now" to resolve issue immediately, or you may set a date for a specialist to call you.

Please remember to never leave any of your personal information on the forum.

and as the previous responder wrote, DO NOT make a second seller account unless approved by amazon specialists.

IMO there are no humans in seller support. Just saying. It's decided by the bots, and the bots deny the appeals.

This forum is about getting help from other sellers who have been doing this for years. We do not know how to contact seller support. What you need to do is tell us what your problem is and post any email you have gotten from Amazon. I am betting your dropped shipped and now your account has been deactivated.

I'm having the same issue for weeks now been trying to find where my fba shipment is missing 29 out of 32 sent in. I've tried using amazon resolve issue but it won't let me download any files, and you can't go beyond that point to send in question without downloading file. Haven't had any luck, so I just stopped sending in to FBA until I get it resolved. Best of luck
