If your new product is being flagged but everything shows as "Healthy" with no visible violations in Amazon's dashboard, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Check for Suppressed Listings: Sometimes Amazon suppresses listings due to minor issues (e.g., image quality, missing information) without showing it as a formal violation. Go to Inventory > Manage Inventory and look for the "Suppressed" tab. If it's there, it might have specific details about why your product was flagged.

Review the Product Compliance Tab: If the issue is related to product compliance (e.g., restricted categories, certifications), check the Product Compliance section under Account Health. Amazon might require additional documents or certifications for certain products.

Look for Notifications in the Performance Dashboard: Sometimes Amazon sends notifications or warnings that aren't listed as formal violations. Go to Performance > Account Health > Notifications to see if there are any warnings or alerts related to the new product.

Check for Category or Keyword Restrictions: Certain keywords or categories have restrictions or require pre-approval. For example, terms like "FDA-approved," "waterproof," or "medical" might trigger restrictions. Review your product title, description, and keywords to make sure there are no terms that Amazon restricts.

Contact Amazon Support: If you can't identify the issue, contacting Amazon Seller Support can help. Explain that the product is flagged but there are no visible violations, and ask them to review it or provide more specific details.

Let me know if these steps help clarify the issue, or if you see any additional information after checking these sections!
