Company Registration Number required and I am non-US resident

I have an issue that I didn't understand, I have gone through my account to replace the expired debit card (charge method) and did it successfully but my account was deactivated quickly , I click deactivate and follow the step to enter a business location (I selected Algeria as my country accepted to sell on US) but on the business type I didn't find Individual, I selected (Privately Owned Business) but they asked me to fill the Company Registration Number, I don't have one as I don't have a company or any business like LLC in US, I entered a random 6 digit numbers and passed , they send me Postcard contain a code to verify the address, I received it yesterday from UPS and activated it, and chatted with Amazon they said everything is Okay and I have fill access and you can start selling, but I am panic if will my account be effected in the near future due to this random number that I put,
Note that my Tax information is Individual and the name is the same as my business name with the address,
I would like to fix this issue to be legally ,
How can I do that?

on the business type I didn't find Individual,
That is because you wrongly did choose "Business" instead of "Individual" when you created your account.
MAYBE you can correct this by redoing "Update Tax Information" under "Account Info" and choose"Individual".
Note that my Tax information is Individual
That is not possible since it's asking for a "Company Registration Number".
Why didn't you make screenshots of each step? That's incredibly important.

Do you understand the difference (in English) between "Individual" and "Business"? An individual can HAVE a business but he can not BE a business. It's like in French personne physique et personne morale. If you choose "Business" that would mean that the seller is "une entité", une société p.ex.
