New FBA Seller here that is enrolled in Brand Registry. Selling only on Amazon.ca

Can someone provide and help / advice on what I an do on the 2 following issues that I have:

1) Removing 2 overseas sellers from my Brand Registered ASIN whereby they now have the buy box. Loosing sales daily and my rank is being affected. I have placed many calls to Seller Support and each time, I receive a different answer on how to address this. All roads have taken me to the 'Report a Violation' form of which I have already completed now a few times in different formats. I seem to be receiving a generic answer to the submissions of which the last reply stated.

Thank you for submitting your notice of infringement. We cannot act on your report for the following reason:

-- Amazon respects a manufacturer's right to enter into distribution agreements for its products. However, violations of such agreements do not constitute intellectual property rights infringement. As the enforcement of these agreements is a matter between the manufacturer and the retailers, it would not be appropriate for Amazon to assist in enforcement activities.

I am looking for is a correct answer on how to address this and if it cannot be addressed, what do I need to do > Delete this listing and start over again with another one? I have been paying daily for sponsored adds to establish and get ranked and these 2 overseas sellers are taking advantage of my efforts. From what I have reading this is a known issue on Amazon. Is there any person that I can have direct phone call with from Brand Registry?

2) On the same ASIN another seller has copied 4 of my brand listing images and placed them into a 'Generic' brand listing. Is this allowed whereby You can simply copy another sellers images and use them as Your own.

Any feedback / advice would be appreciated here as I cannot seem to make any progress with Seller Support or Brand Registry Support. Thanks You.
