My account is based in Canada; After selling a few week with individual plan, I switch to Professional; However I received an email will be charged $39.99. Is there anyway to contact Amazon service to reduce this charge?

No, the north american unified selling account that you signed up for is $39.99 USD + tax. Everyone who has a north american unified selling account pays that charge.

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums. As mentioned, @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 currently that is the monthly subscription fee and it cannot be adjusted individually.
