Case Closed Brand Application Under Review

I submitted my request for the brand registry about 3 weeks ago, I noticed that the related case status changed to "Answered", but the status of my brand registry application still reads "Pending Review".

Can you please check on the status? I did try to close the case prematurely as I uploaded an incorrect photo. I'd like this case to be marked as closed as it is preventing me from being able to submit a new application.

I can see you opened a new application at the end of last week! With that, let's give it just a few more days to see if the team gets back to you with their decision. Once they do, I'll be able to action on it from my end so please let me know if you still haven't heard anything by Monday morning!
