Brand Registry Registration Issue (Canadian Business Owner)
Dear Amazon Sellers Forum,
I have been trying to complete my Brand Registry application for the past week but am unable to proceed due to an issue with the registration form. The system requires a U.S. business address, although my company is legally registered in Canada.
Here have all my official business details like this:
• Business Name:
• Brand Name:
• Business Address:
• Country of Incorporation:
• EIN:
• USPTO Trademark Serial Number
• Brand Logo
Since my business is incorporated in Canada, I do not have a U.S. business address. However, the form defaults to a U.S. address and does not allow me to select Canada as the country.
Could someone please guide me on how to override this default setting or provide a solution so I can successfully submit my registration?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I may be able to help. I understand your business is incorporated in Canada, but since you are mentioning a US address being required, I am guessing your Trademark was filed with USPTO and not CIPO?
For Brand Registry enrollment, the process is seeking to ensure the owner of the Trademark is enrolling the brand or a representative of the brand that has proper permissions which is often defined in a Letter of Authorization

You do not have to mention your Trademark details here in this public forum, but if you have a case ID that mentions that or any other info I can grab to dive deeper on this, please let me know and I will continue investigating.
