This product has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements.
I have 4 violations of Amazon policies referred to product identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements. Listings that allegedly violate policies were removed because they do not have inventory on Amazon FBA. Anyway, the listings need to be appealed, but Amazon asks me to provide images with the ingredients of the product and add them to the listing, but the listing is deleted. I have appealed multiple times and always receive the same response ¨we received your appeal, but we are unable to reactivate your ASINs at this time¨. My account is deactivated because my account health dropped to 88. I need help reactivating my account.
At this point I'm considering closing my account since it's so hard to get effective help from amazon.

UPDATE.
In order to reactivate my account, the account health support has told me to reactivate the listings that I must appeal, which are the ones that I have not been able to reactivate due to the aforementioned error 5995. Asking for help for error 5995, seller support says they can't help me because my account is deactivated. Now, if I cannot reactivate the mentioned ASINS, I will not Can I make the appeal to reactivate my account.
Also, in order to close mi account I have to successfully appeal the asins, absurd.

Hello @Seller_4nwNDm1Ijo6IO,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your restricted product policy concerns.
When it comes to most policies, having the listing in your manage inventory even if they are out of stock make them susceptible to our policies. These types of policy violations will require supporting documentation or the listing be updated to be compliant.
This is correct, the listings will need to be addressed to improve the account health rating above 100 points to be eligible for reactivation since you mentioned this lowered your score below 100 points.
You mentioned that you reached out to support regarding error 5995, as this is related to the brand being changed, were you attempting to update the brand name? Do you have a related case where you reached out to support on this?
I also wanted to make sure you have all available paths to update your listings. If you are not familiar with them, you can use an inventory file to push updates on your listings. If you were using an inventory file, do you have the batch ID or information that shows the error you encountered?
As part of our close your account process, we do require that all accounts attempting to be closed are not currently deactivated, along with a few other requirements as seen on the provided help page.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
