shipment contents counted and confirmed - Amazon receives empty boxes!!

In the last month Amazon's FC received 2 shipments and according to them, they are ABSOLUTELY EMPTY!

First shipment is oversize box, with 36 units. They say they located 0 units.

Second shipment is a 36 units standard box. They say they located 0 units.

Both cases with the same status: Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed.

I believe that the partnered carrier should take some responsibility if they picked up a 43 pounds box and delivered an empty box. But Amazon wont create a case at all. You just have to assume the lost!

This is very disappointing!

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

If you need further assistance with this, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases!
