Unauthorized reseller undercutting us with our own branded product
Hello Amazon community, We have been in a battle for a few weeks with an unauthorized reseller under cutting our price and winning the buy box with our own branded product. We cannot understand how this company could legitimately purchase the product from us and then resell below our list price. The person has been continually lowering their price every time we do. Given we have invested time and resources to develop and list the item it is completely unacceptable and perplexing that Amazon allows a company to hijack our product and listing like this. Would appreciate any guidance or suggests how we can stop the reseller.

Do you have a registered trademark (not just pending)? If yes, you should enroll your product in Amazon Transparency. It helps block resellers in two ways:
Other sellers can’t list your product unless they enter valid Transparency codes.
Each code can only be used once, so duplicates won’t work.
This is one of the best tools to protect your brand on Amazon.

Have you done a test buy to see if your Chain Supply is producing similar item to another reseller?
But as it was said before, if you got trademark, register your brand in transparency program.
