I am writing to you for the shipment with the shipment ID FBA1877G5VDP.
I created an order for this parcel on July 19 and it was transferred to the status of received by Amazon on July 24, but it did not switch to the status of check in and receipt for a long time. Thereupon, I opened a case many times and was told that I had to wait until August 1 for the investigation to be carried out. When August 1 came, it was told that I had to wait until August 14. When August 14 came, the investigation was initiated and 1 day later it went to the status of "counted and completed" and none of my products entered the inventory. When I asked the reason for this, the answer was "we do not have a record of these products". Thereupon, I shared the document from FEDEX stating that these products were delivered to Amazon with the support team. In fact, this parcel waited in the status of delivered for 20 days on the Amazon tracking Shipment page. In fact, the fact that it waited in the status of delivered on Amazon is already proof that it was delivered. At the end of the day, all the cases I opened were closed without any results.
Now I ask why Amazon does not accept this mistake and make a refund when a package that has been in the status of delivered on Amazon for 20 days is lost. What kind of mistake is the seller making here? The cost of a package may be very small for Amazon, but it is a very big cost for me.
While the package was waiting in the status of delivered, I repeatedly inquired about the status of the package from the support center and was told that your package was delivered and please wait patiently for it to enter the inventory. In other words, the Amazon support team also confirmed that the package was received many times.
Who will cover my refund when it is obvious that the package was lost in the Amazon warehouse?
Please do not victimize your seller in a way that suits Amazon.
