We are trying to print our box labels, step 3 in Send to Amazon. We are receiving the following message, "An error has occurred. Refresh the page or try again.". We have tried refreshing and trying again, but get the same message.
We have opened a case (Case ID 14677512131) but are receiving generic responses that have not been relevant. They have also suggested deleting the workflow and re-entering it. This is a large order divided into 5 shipments. We would prefer not to have to do that option. Anyone had this happen to them? Were you able to resolve the error?
