Urgent Request – **Deactivation** Product Retrieval & Storage Fees
Dear Amazon Team,
I am reaching out regarding my account deactivation due to Section 3 on October 31. Despite my continuous efforts to have it reinstated, the process has been extremely challenging.
I have provided all requested documentation, including:
Invoices, Plan of Action, personal and business documents, and supplier authorization.
Supply chain documents detailing item descriptions, quantities, supplier name, phone number, address, and website (with only pricing information redacted).
Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import/export documents, customs clearance documents, and brand authorization letters.
Order confirmation, shipping details, and fulfillment records for the ASIN in question.
The ASIN in question has zero complaints or reviews regarding counterfeit products and was sourced from a legitimate supplier. However, after multiple attempts over several months, I have been unable to reinstate my account.
At this point, I am formally requesting the return of all my products, including those unrelated to the ASIN in question. Despite being charged ongoing storage fees, I have been informed that I cannot retrieve my inventory until my account is reinstated. After ten attempts to resolve this, I have exhausted all possible options and submitted every required document.
It is unreasonable and potentially unlawful to continue charging me indefinitely for storage fees while preventing me from retrieving my own inventory. I have approximately $20,000 CAD worth of products in Amazon’s fulfillment centers, and I no longer wish to pursue account reinstatement—I simply want my inventory returned and the storage fees to stop.
I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution.
