Hİ,
Case ID:17178458101
I recently applied to sell [Curad] products on Amazon Canada. As part of the approval process, Amazon requested an invoice from my supplier, which I provided. However, I received a rejection stating:
"We cannot accept the invoice that you provided because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered to be verified."
To address this, I submitted additional documents, including:
A receipt of the bank payment made to my supplier. My supplier is the official Canadian distributor of the brand.
Photos of the received products.
A screenshot of the email from the supplier’s finance department where they sent the invoice to me.
Despite providing all this evidence, Amazon still rejected my application with the same response. What can I provide more?
"Please review my case and help me get out of these automated responses."
Kind regards

Please note that our teams and support teams cannot intervene or influence their decision, in accordance to our policy. At this moment, our advice will be for you to review the notification, and it is available, proceed with appeal process.
Here are some recommendations, make sure the documentation you provide matches with the complaint, sometimes some of these scenarios happen:
1. Invoice showing multiple products and not necessary the ASIN in question
2. Provide a recent invoice, meaning, is not matching with the time previous to the purchase or the investigation.
3. Provide documentation in picture format, sometimes this could affect the authenticity of the document, make sure the documentation is on a digital document format meaning PDF.
Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
