csm-brand-review@amazon.com keeps rejecting my documents with an automated response everytime
Hello,
I received an email from csm-brand-review on 08/07/2024.
They asked me for invoices of 4 ASINs (on my inventory)showing the sales amount for the last 365 days. (even more) I have sent the requested invoices to csm-brand-review .
But the rejection e-mail keeps coming.
The answer is
'We cannot accept this invoice, Because it shows documents that were not requested as well as "It does not include the items required to approve your application"
P.S. : I also had "inauthenticity complaint" for one of the mentioned ASINs above at my Account Health Page.
I had Product Policy Violations for these 4 ASIN's. Two of these violations have been taken off
I purchase products from the Authorized Seller
I do not know what else to do, to fix this problem. All of my listings of this Brand got inactivated.

As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 notes, stating that is unclear as to how you got the items.
Since Amazon is automatically rejecting whatever you are giving them you need to ask yourself these questions:
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
Due to the fact that they removed your items your time on Amazon may be very short.
Just in case you survive this if you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Spend hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above!

And, I would probably start drafting a 'please help with my Section3 suspension' letter because it will probably arrive fairly soon if you can not provide an LOA and real INVOICES!

As noted this is an authenticity concern with the brand review teams. This is a very serious concern that can result in the entire brand being restricted. We will require valid invoices from an authorized supplier who is apart of the brand or rights owners supply chain. You mentioned sourcing from an authorized seller, who or where did you source your products from? Did you confirm your supply chain with the brand itself? Do you have a letter of authorization from the brand authorizing you to list and sell their product or brand?
Since we have limited visibility into your account or violation, can you provide the original notice you received or related case ID, so we can look further into the issue?

Hell hope all is well Emet. I was able to remove 3 of these policy violations with my invoices from my suppliers but 1 remains as I have just submitted the invoice. The original notice I received was on August 8th and the most recent CASE ID is 15882786471
I am very happy to hear three of the issues were resolved successfully, I do see what you mentioned with one of the ASIN still experiencing some issues.
