what does "shipped" mean on a removal order?
I have several removal orders in place. When I go to an individual order, it shows status as "completed" and "shipped". But nothing shows up when I navigate to shipments, and I can't find a tracking number on the shipped items. Any advice? Thanks.

Hey there,
Happy to provide you with some information in getting the tracking information for your removal order! You are going to want to use the Removal order detail report, this report provides removal order information and product information for removal orders. You can also see order type and order status for removal orders including quantities by removal type. This report also shows removal fees charged for completed removal orders.
You can view tracking information for pending and completed returns when shipment information is available for a return order. Select View all shipped units for the order, then select the carrier's name to the right of the shipment's tracking number. This takes you to the carrier's website for additional tracking information.
