out of stock and inactive listing
I am new to FBA and have just created a shipment for my first product. I have units that are currently inbound but my listing is showing up as "inactive" "out of stock." Seller support has indicated to me that the offer date needs to be changed. I had that set out to a future date. I updated this date two days ago to reflect the current date and my listing is still inactive. I've gone back and forth with seller support a few times and have not been able to get any additional advice.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your listing will not be activated until there are sellable units. Since your products are on their way to FBA, they will remain out of stock/inactive until Amazon receives the units.
Advice -- just wait. And while you're doing so, go visit seller university sell.amazon.com/learn. You will find many things you didn't know about selling on Amazon.
