There is a discrepancy between my payments and sales
There is a discrepancy in my sales total (both in units and prices) for October 3-October 17 date range
My numerous cases are either being transferred or answered with no solutions
My latest transfer case ID is 16521499191
My sales report shows $12,263.12 which is typical but my payment screen is only showing $5320.12
These figures do not include business sales
So, there is an obvious discrepancy of $6943.00
And we are unable to locate where the money has gone from this pay period totaling this amount
I just opened up another case with Case ID 16565867431

Thanks for the case IDs. I've looked at your account and see that as of right now you have:
-- $10,793.09 in sales
-- -$5,164.82 in expenses + -$173.08 in refunds
-- Which totals $5,488.36.
Can you tell me a bit more about the funds above you mentioned in post.
Also, I've reviewed your statements and disbursements tabs and the amounts are matching so I wasn't able to find a discrepancy. Please help me understand this better so that I can escalate this further.
