Please help: all funds being help in reserve

All my payments are stuck in the account reserve. I missed the last scheduled payment on September 20th, and the balance, now over $20k, is being held in the account reserve fund, increasing each time a new order is shipped.

I completed a video verification interview on September 11th, which went smoothly. That same day, I received an email stating, "Thank you for completing the video verification. We have reviewed the information you provided, and your funds will be disbursed on the next settlement date," and the hold was lifted at that time.

However, on September 18th, the funds were placed on hold again, and I haven't received any notification or email explaining why. I’ve been selling for over 8 years, and when I checked my account health, everything appeared normal with no violations. My deposit and charge methods for the Canada, Mexico, and Brazil marketplaces are all valid. A seller associate also reviewed my account and found nothing unusual. Several cases have been opened, but they keep being transferred without resolution.

It would be really helpful if someone at Amazon look into this?

Are you talking about a 'virtual assistant' here?

Are there ANY boxes checked or comments in your Account Health/Policy Compliance areas currently? It can take 24 hours or more for something that Amazon targets to actually show up on there at times.

Are you talking about a 'virtual assistant' here?

Are there ANY boxes checked or comments in your Account Health/Policy Compliance areas currently? It can take 24 hours or more for something that Amazon targets to actually show up on there at times.
