Shipments Closed but Not All Units Prime Eligible (Why?)
Hello to the Forum,
It is not the first time that this has happened to me, but this time I want to ask what is the reason that, being an FBA seller, the shipments close without all the prime eligible units.
Today 2 (two) shipments closed, in one case all the units are located but only 187 out of 189 are prime eligible, and in the other are -2 fewer units and only 690 of 868 units are prime eligible.
I would like to know why and what happens to those non-eligible units and how to resolve it. Thank you.

Hi @Seller_g487kocTZIvCl,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help.
The reason they are not yet Prime Eligible is because they are still going through FC Processing. Once that has been completed those units will shift to prime eligible, sometimes it just takes a bit of time.
Best,
Dominic
