Cancellation request initiated by customer. Proceeds to leave negative feedback, help!
Hi Amazon Seller Forum Crew!
We received an order with the buyer initiated a cancellation request. We accepted the cancellation request as the order was not shipped yet. Buyer then leaves negative feedback within 24 hours.
I cannot get this feedback removed. I have attached screenshots and get the same automated message from Amazon. Can an Amazon mod on here please assist with this? This is beyond frustrating as I cannot even contact the buyer since the order was cancelled per their request.

Amazon will not remove this.
This is just a cautionary message about next time.
When you receive a cancellation request from a buyer -- before you cancel -- respond with acknowledgement. And in that message include a note to the effect "If you should see what appears to be a charge for this order -- that is just the hold placed by Amazon. Since this is being canceled, that hold will just drop off after a few days. Your card will not be charged for this order."
You don't say what the feedback was about, but many sellers have received negative feedback based solely on buyer belief they have been charged for a canceled order.
