Amazon payment problem

I suppose the payment system is broken because it shows a 7300 dollar amount in my account and that amount will be paid to me on 15th April. When we came 9th of April, it started to show my amount as zero dollars. My next payment date is 29th of April but it still shows the amount as zero. My account's balance is 7500 dollars but I cannot receive the payment, there are also no suspense issues or any warning in account health of my account. My return rate is also low. I would like to get help from an Amazon representative to solve the payment problems in my account.
