How to recover Brand Registry
Our brand was registered a few years ago and somehow we have lost access to it.
We have tried multiple log ins that we think it might be, case submissions, even phone calls...all to no avail. Submitting a case to ask how to recover our brand registry results in a response that says to log into brand registry which we can't do since we've lost access!
The phone service team doesn't even have the term brand registry in their vocabulary. They hear registry and tell us to create a new account to set up the registry - as in gift registry!
We need to speak to someone on the brand registry team. I found 2 people on linkedin that have brand registry related positions, but they won't respond and amazon won't transfer me to them when I call and ask for them.
To say this is frustrating is an understatement.
Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it? Does anyone how to to contact someone about it?
