FBA allowing returns past the 30 days window??
I just took a look at the FBA return dates for a sample size and we are getting ripped off by Amazon ''customer service'' allowing so many returns past 30 days.
Especially some items, for example recharges for mosquito devices. The customer orders it, uses the recharge for activities and returns it almost 2 months after (empty) to get a full refund while our product is unfulfillable.
Examples :
702-8917938-6932241
701-5819984-2183406
Seller Support answers after I insisted : ''Amazon may make case-by-case exceptions and accept return requests beyond 30 days of receipt.''
Those are not exceptions, Amazon is clearly not respecting any guideline or its own rules for refunds.

Hey @Seller_xJx7vH6fvZFD9,
I understand your position however as part of the FBA Customer Return policy, with FBA, Amazon provides fulfillment and customer service for your orders, including processing customer returns. We use Amazon's customer returns policies to determine if a purchased FBA item is eligible for return.
We recommend you to check About Our Return Policies page for more info and also some exceptions that may apply.
In some cases, such as when a returned item has been opened, we may charge the customer a restocking fee. In this situation, your account is credited in the amount of the restocking fee. However, you do not receive a restocking fee credit if we take responsibility for the condition of the returned item and have issued you a reimbursement.

That and I've had items returned damaged and they still gave a full refund. With fba they still take the $5.92 so I lost not only that item being damaged and unfulfillable but an extra $5.92.
We should be able to have different return policy's as sellers without having to do remote fulfilment.
