Amazon complaint
Hello, please help me. I have been selling products for 1 year and today the list and brand owner messaged me, in the message; there was a message that he would complain to me because I sold the products without permission from him, but I already got the necessary permissions from Amazon without putting the product on the list and Amazon confirmed me that I could list the products. Also, he didn't notify me that I needed permission from the brand owner. what should I do? I just sent my products to the warehouse.

You always need permission from the brand owner and/or to buy from the brand owner authorized wholesale distributor.
Amazon is not authorized to give permissions to list from the brand owner.

amazon assumed you already had permission from the brand owner when it allowed you to list.
You need to see if the brand owner will allow you to sell off your remaining inventory.

Hello @Seller_PLUtF41Nu7jDX
Thank you for reaching out in Amazon forums, this is Lucre, and I'll be glad to help.
In case the brand owner is reaching out to you before filing a complaint, please try to work with them to be authorized so you can have that documentation and provide it to us in case we receive the complaint or remove your listings due to lack of authorization.
At this point, I don't see you got any notification from Amazon, so your listings should still be available for sale. I don't recommend you take any action such as removing your inventory from the Fulfillment Center yet, but do try to get brand owner authorization in case it's required in the future.
In case you're unable to obtain the brand's approval to sell their brand, then you can place a removal orders and get the products back.
Please review the below process to request the removal order:
I hope this clarifies your concern.

Amazon doesn't give out permission to sell the brand's product. You have to get that from the Brand, not Amazon.
Well, if you were brand authorized, I would call my sales rep at the brand and return all the inventory to them or their wholesale distributor.
It doesn't sound like you are authorized or have the ability to do that, because you say you're going to lose $3k, so I guess you purchased your inventory on the grey market? Or Retail Arbitrage / Online Arbitrage that is past the returns date?
That is why you're supposed to deal with a Brand Authorized Wholesale Distributor. You may just have to pay a restocking fee but the items go back.
