Any tips for getting support to find / reimburse lost transfers between FBA warehouses?
I have a SKU that is missing 90 units and I have tracked it back to a "lost" inventory transfer between warehouses.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get support to find the inventory or reimburse for a lost inventory transfer between FBA warehouses?
Right now they are stating "We’ve declined your request for inventory reconciliation as it is not tied to a specific missing or damaged inventory event." (Case 14648393111).
There is no specific inventory loss or damaged event because the inventory simply disappeared while being transferred from one warehouse to another (this happened in October so it has been over 3 months since the inventory disappeared).
This is so clearly shown in the inventory ledger I don't understand why I have to have multiple contacts to try and get this resolved. It's likes support can not see (or completely) ignores inventory transfers that never get received on the other end.

I am not sure if a mod escalated this or not but my last reply came from the Leadership Team.
Unfortunately the reply I received highlights why many sellers find seller support useless.
There was no new information provided, no explanation, no indication that anyone read let alone understood my original email.
Just a laser focus stating you received this reimbursement and units added back to your inventory.
The problem with that is the seller support rep referenced the same support case 3 times which makes it look like 18 units were reimbursed when only 6 were actually reimbursed.
The rep also referenced that 10 units were added to my account 3 times. Based on the support case issue it appears that the same adjustment was referenced 3 times. Unlike the reimbursements however 0 adjustments of 10 are being shown in my inventory ledger.
Even if the 10 units were (or still are) added to my inventory there is still a discrepancy of 72 units that is not being explained.
I have made another attempt to restate the issue and gave them the exact dates and data that prove an FCTranfer of 90 units from 10/2023 was lost and has not been received as of 1/22/2024.

The latest reply from support:
"On checking the FNSKU: X0008VKK9X 90 units has been transferred from FC: IND9 and added to FC: AUS3 on October 31, 2023. Therefore no discrepancy found. You can verify the same information from the below link: ....."
The support agent chose two transfers that cancel each other out (yeah 90 were sent from IND9 on 10/24/2023 and received 90 at AUS3 on 10/31/2023). However completely ignored that a total of 90 units were transferred out of AUS3 on 10/31/2023 and never accounted for by transfers in to a fulfillment center between 10/31/2023 and today 1/23/2024.

The followup response from support:
"We’ve declined your request for inventory reconciliation as it is not tied to a specific missing or damaged inventory event."
So supports continued answer is to ignore and not respond to the clear evidence that 90 units went missing and have been missing for almost 3 months.
