Amazon Brand Registry

Hi All,

This is to let you know that while filling out a Brand Registry application, we feel there could be some technical issue with our Brand Registry Dashboard because when we are trying to fill the application, it is not asking us to submit the documents that it is supposed to. Eg- Document for the Trademark on the second page and the document for the contract manufacturing like invoice. These used to come up when we used to file before, I am afraid that without submitting any documents, Amazon may reject our application.

Amazon mod here jumping in to further assist, would you be able to share a screenshot of the error you are visualizing?

I have a contact within the Brand Registry department that I can further investigate to see why these options are not being showed within your account.

I will await your confirmation on this matter.
