More and more orders are getting stuck in Pending
Hello new seller here just wondering if anyone could offer some insight on my issue. More and more orders are getting stuck in pending and end up being cancelled around the 3 day mark I understand the majority of them are just payment issues but previously people would fix their issue and the order would be sent out (all FBM) but now almost every order stuck in pending stays that way for days and then just dissapears to cancellation. I figure the most obvious is true and it's just their payment information being off but is it really that common? went from 1 order being stuck in pending a month ago to now 4+ in a months time.

Hello @Seller_eKOXBLi9DR4W3- and thanks for this post.
I am sorry to hear about the recent uptick in Pending Orders. That page does have the possible reasons for this, and its possible that several of the orders you saw be placed in Pending were affected by one or more of those use cases.
Be sure to review that page as it details the process for handling Pending Orders, and confirms they should not be cancelled pre-maturely, but at a high level, I believe this is likely a customer-side issue, and you should see the frequency of this dip back to normal levels over time.
I hope this helps, but do let me know if I can help address any other questions on Pending Orders, thanks!
