Current seller account was deactivated because it related to my old seller account that never made a sale or received any money for account history

I received a notification that the account was deactivated because amazon saw that I had previously created a sales account 6 years ago to test use the system and learn how the sales panel works. I had completely forgotten about the old account and replied that it was a mistake and I only had one sales account. Then I remembered that I had tried to create a listing on the old account that didn't get a single dollar from sales. I understand and accept Amazon's policy that one seller can only have one account. But I haven't received any income from any sales, so the old account can't be counted as 'for sales'. I've been trying to solve the problem for three months and I keep getting the same "not enough information" response from support. Although I have explained everything in detail several times. I have a quality product and a U.S. registered trademark for that product. But I can't sell because 6 years ago I tried to create a listing in another account.

I'm desperate. Help me solve the situation.

By the way, the old account is blocked and I can't log in there. I have contacted support on this issue several times, but they do not respond

First, when you say "But I haven't received any income from any sales, so the old account can't be counted as 'for sales'.

WRONG!!!!!

Now, dig DEEP into your files.

Find the suspension notice for the first account and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

ALSO, post the appeal (for the FIRST account if you filed one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.

The only way to resolve this is to gain access to the original account and reinstated it. Why was the original account deactivated?

Once the original account is reinstated you can then appeal to have your current account reinstated; then officially close one of them.

Review how to → Address a Multiple Account Policy violation.
