Send to Amazon creates two pallets instead of one

I've been sending products to Amazon on a single pallet (700lb ~1000lb) but now it's splitting my shipment in two pallets. And there is no info on which units go to which pallet. No option to merge these two pallets. I've deleted the shipment and created a new one with different size and weight, but still at the step 4 of the process it displays two pallets. Any idea on how to get past this and create just one pallet??

Just click on the green minus sign of the 2nd pallet and it will delete that pallet. You are also allowed to add pallets. Amazon is giving you an estimate of the amount of pallets to use but it is up to you to send the as many pallets as necessary as long as they are under 1,500 lbs and 72 inches.
