Questions About Seller Fulfilled Prime - Weekends and Delivery

We are interested in shipping our products Seller Fulfilled Prime on Saturdays, however we have a few questions regarding this, as it seems a bit unclear -
1. If a product is purchased on Saturday for Next Day Delivery and we ship via UPS - UPS only guarantees the product will deliver on Monday, NOT Sunday. Does Amazon account for this? We only have UPS selected in our shipping template so is this something the system recognizes?
2. If a customer orders a unit on Sunday and we don't have delivery pick-up set up for Sunday, Will Amazon require the order to be shipped on Monday instead?
3. Some areas in the US are not eligible for Saturday Delivery via UPS due to the areas being too rural, does Amazon account for this? Again UPS is our only selected carrier, so does the system recognize that certain areas can not be delivered to?
We can have our UPS account set up for Saturday Pick-Up (At $8 - $16 Extra per Unit) and we are willing to do this due to the potential sales however we also need to be sure that we won't be hit with metric issues since they are so stringent and we are unsure how the system works on Weekends.
Can you provide some insight and help us understand if the system we have set-up, UPS Only - Saturday Pick-Up Only, would be enough?

According to the Seller Fulfilled Prime performance requirements, sellers are responsible for configuring their shipping templates to have delivery regions sufficient to meet one-day and two-day delivery speed requirements.
Sellers must receive, pack, and ship (use shipping services that deliver Prime products) Prime orders on Saturday, Sunday, or both.
Seller Fulfilled Prime shipping requirements specifies that SFP orders where the customer receives same-day, one-day, or two-day delivery are expected to ship on the day the order is received during operating days (Monday–Friday and Saturday and/or Sunday), as long as the customer places the order before your cut-off time.

1.) as long as you set sunday as a non delivery day in your shipping settings, amazon will show customers a 2 day delivery promise on Saturday and not next day delivery. it counts against your page view metrics as not having one day because you dont deliver on sunday.
2. again, as long as your shipping settings have sundays turned off, Amazon will show customers a delivery date of tuesday and expect you to ship monday. But this counts against your page view metrics for not having 1 day delivery because you dont ship on sunday.
3. Amazon accounts for this when setting up each individual customers expected delivery time frame, however if the customer doesnt see a 1 or 2 day delivery time frame because they dont have saturday delivery, this still counts against your speed metrics %.
Support and the Prime team have told us that we just have to make it up with the other customers and during the rest of the week!! (terrible answer from AMZ) for all of these situations.
Please be aware, prime requires you that you show customers a 1 and 2 day delivery promise of 30% 1 day / 70% 2 day called speed metrics.
What this means is that 30% of all prime item views show 1 day delivery for the customer, and 70% show 2 day.. This includes days when you dont ship and dont deliver!!
So on saturday, since you dont have sunday delivery its literally impossible to have any 1 day views. So every view on a Saturday is bringing down your average % for 1 day views. Same on Sunday for Monday, since you dont ship sunday 0 1 day page views. Every page view on saturday or sunday is adding up against your speed metrics.
It is not easy to actually meet these metrics when every view on sunday and monday and also all views after shipping cut offs count against your 1 day delivery metrics
