Inventory shipped and delivered by DHL but no updates on Seller account
I’ve shipped inventory to USA amazon warehouse with DHL, the DHL shipment arrived in the FC a few days ago but I’ve not had any update in my shipment in seller central. What Could be the reason? And what must I do in this situation?

These things take time. Up to 30 days is normal

Hi @Seller_Oqz0zjoQy1LPf, no need to worry! It can take a few days for your shipment to move to Checked in status.
For small-parcel shipments, it can take up to four days for your shipment to move to Checked in status from your scheduled delivery date. For LTL and FTL shipments, it can take up to 10 days. During peak times, it may take longer.
