Amazon shows that we shipped late, but that's not true.

We reported a shipment the day after the order shipped because it went out after normal office hours. The very next day we confirmed shipping the day before. UPS tracking shows that it shipped on time. Now Amazon is placing a strike against us for late shipment, that's simply untrue.

Amazon expects you to put a tracking number in/mark the order as shipped on the day you actually shipped. One benefit of using Amazon's Buy Shipping is that it marks it shipped automatically. Then you only need to make sure that it's scanned as accepted by the carrier.
