why do amazon treat third party seller so unfairly
Customer filed a a-to-z claim on a very expensive item i was selling, the item was delivered on time and with photo proof from canada post.
but amazon still turned a blind eye on me, they refunded the customer from my account, so in this transaction i lost a very expensive item plus the money i invested for the said item. how is this fair ? i tried several times but all i get is an automated message that they stand on their initial decision. how is this right amazon ..

Did you pay for signature confirmation? No guarantee the buyer received it as it could have been stolen prior to the buyer retrieving it. Is it a serialized product? Advise the manufacturer that it was stolen. File a police report if you like, Amazon policy is clear, you lose if no signature (you sometimes lose even with a signature).
