A to Z claim problem amazon

Dear Amazon Support,

We have been informed that customers have submitted A-to-Z claims for orders 702-7632360-9850652 and 406-9263577-4322751. However, we would like to emphasize that these claims are unjust.

We have fully complied with the return process by providing the customers with return labels and have also submitted these labels to Amazon to ensure transparency. Despite this, the customers have failed to return the products to us. This clearly demonstrates a bad-faith attempt by the customers to make unjust claims.

Nevertheless, Amazon has accepted these unjust claims. Although we have informed Amazon about the illegitimacy of these claims and provided supporting evidence, our request has been rejected.

Considering the evidence we submitted and the customers' behavior, we respectfully request the cancellation of these A-to-Z claims.
