Ground shipping not available due to business hours! Mod Help

Hello all!

I have had 3 shipments today that would have arrived on time from ODR perspective via ground, but I could not use Fedex or UPS ground. The reason THE SHIPPING METHOD DOES NOT MEET BUSINESS HOURS. I have never had this happen before and we ship 2-300 packages a week. I am assuming a change was rolled out. USPS, FEDEX and UPS 3 day were acceptable. However, Our margin does not support us paying 2-3x more to use these services. I would prefer to use Amazon buy shipping and have seller protection. However, we can not loose money on each transaction to get this coverage. We bought labels through our fedex account. However, we would prefer to keep it on Veeqo/buy shipping. Can you please look into this change and see if it can be reversed. This adds time to our order processing and costs that can not be supported. I am not advertising 2day shipping so why require us to offer it due to customers preferred business hours. Also, customers would rather get UPS/Fedex that USPS ground advantage for the things we sell. If this isn't avoidable, I feel customer should be notified in checkout that their restrictive business hours require that they pay for 2 day shipping.
