You just have to put a valid CREDIT card as "Charge Method". Not debit, not prepaid. And the name has to match EXACTLY with your "Legal Entity" in your seller account settings.

Thank you for your post. In order to better help you and understand what is happening with your account can you please respond to the following questions:
- Is your account locked, or deactivated ?
- Have you received any deactivation notices from Amazon?
- If so, what was stated?
- Are you the account owner?
- Do you have any seller support case IDs you can share about this issue?
Please advise. In the meantime, when adding a charge method, it must be a true credit card. Not a debit/credit, or pre-paid. It must accept international charges as well.
