Product listing showing inactive
Hello,
I had a listing that was reviewed and approved for all requested categories. My brand was approved ahead of time and my account health is good. However, AFTER i sent inventory my listing was marked inactive and I have not been able to reapply again. I have started several cases to have things investigated and have not been told a reason why my listing was removed. My inventory is now stranded all over the US as it is a FBA product. Has anyone else delt with this? What should I look into to get my listing reactivated?

I don’t know if this is any help, but I got inactivated and products stranded a couple of weeks ago (floor cleaner). I had changed my title to include ‘woodland probiotics’. This triggered some kind of algorithm which saw the word probiotic and thought I was a health product or ingestible dog product, which Amazon are apparently not permitting the sale of. I just kept getting standard unhelpful responses off customer support. I then raised a case to change my title and then finally (after opening about 20 different cases) got somone that helped me look into it a confirmed that I was incorrectly deactivated. I am selling again, albeit the sales are nowhere as good as they where!
